This site is intended for parents and guardians of players interested in Leeward Select, and for authorized Leeward Select coaches and administrators. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm minors.

Information accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Submitting false information may result in removal from consideration.

No guarantee of participation

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee tryout participation, a roster spot, or any other benefit. Roster decisions are made at the sole discretion of Leeward Select coaching staff and administrators.
